Job Description
Job Summary:
The primary purpose of the THQ HR Manager is to support the Personnel Secretary by taking responsibility for employee matters. This includes recruitment processes, administration of monthly payroll, training and development and providing professional advice to ensure that all statutory requirements and legal obligations are met.
The HR Manager works in partnership with the Child Protection officer to ensure that appropriate training has been given to all who work with Children and vulnerable adults.
