Human Capital Staff- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management and Master's Degree is an advantage- At least 3-4 years or working experience as Human capital Generalist in media/brodcast industry- Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes- Familiar with People & Organization Development tools and implementation- Understand Compensation Benefits processes and administration- Experience with industrial relations is a preferred- Strong experience in Human Resource administration- Attention to details, neatness, analyrical thinking and egotation skills- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline- Fluent in English, Both Spoken and written
