Hrga Manager

An exciting HRGA Manager job has become available at a fast-growing fintech company. This is a role for a well-rounded HR person with at least seven years of experience in the fintech, startup digital, and/or financial services industries.
About the HRGA Manager Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end human resources management, and business partnering with the management board to set all the business needs from zero in the HRGA area.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with hiring managers to clarify recruiting requisitions and build up team
Implement strategies and methods on CV screening and candidates sourcing through effective channels including proactive search, networking, internet postings, etc.
Take full responsibility of offers (including offer proposal, issue offer letter, offer communication with candidates, etc.)
Work closely with the founder, and support the end to end execution of HRGA processes (talent acquisition, talent management, talent rewards, learning and development and human resources operations)

To succeed in this HRGA Manager role, you will need to have good understanding about the talent market especially in the fintech or startup digital area.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources or related field is required, preferably from a reputable university
Minimum of seven years' work experience in the HR field
Fintech, startup digital, and/or financial services background is preferred
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Strong communication and coordination skills
A fast learner with a can-do attitude, self motivated and open minded
