Therefore we need talent with great potential like you to join this growing organization, learning the right skills and also building great teams to reach our goals.**Responsibilities**- Develop and improved HR Process and initiatives aligned with the overall business needs and strategy- Identifying / anticipating change management activities within the business area by driving and/or facilitating the change- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, address issues, and guide decision-making- Implement performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms- Ensure availability and accuracy for reports on HR-related key performance indicators- Improving department performance by consulting manpower needs and support leaders for performance improvement strategy- Develop and champion high-performance culture across respective function- Improving hiring process and employer branding strategies to solve current talent problems**Qualifications**- At least 4-7 years of progressive and hands-on HR experience, with People Partner experience, ideally from high-growth, technology-focused organizations, or from consultancy- Strong business acumen with strategic-minded and data-centric- Team player who quickly builds trust and collaborative working relationships with business leaders and HR colleagues- Strong problem solving and stakeholder management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high empathy skills- Project/Program Management, able to plan, organize and manage resources to bring about the successful completion of a specific project**About FUSE**Fuse is a breakthrough company in the insurance industry.
