One of our companies, StraitsX, has recently received In-Principle Approval (IPA) from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as Major Payment Institutions licensed for digital payment token services to issue single-currency stablecoins.**Job Descriptions**- Support on the management and reporting of our annual training allowance.- Support Business Unit and People Operations team data are up to data at all times (orgchart, positions, compensation, benefit, etc) guaranteeing consistency and ease of reporting.- Support the development of the different processes and policies defined within the People team.**Job Requirements**- Relevant Bachelor's degree (e.g.. Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor Relations, etc).- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (complete fluency in English is a must).- Self-starter with motivation to learn and grow.- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
