About the HRBP Manager Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for driving all people activities by managing the end-to-end HR process.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out HR work such as recruiting, employee relations, compensation and performance management of the local company
Promote the implementation of corporate culture and policies in local companies, support the implementation of various HR projects and processes in the local area
Implement and optimise the entry and departure process of local staff
Maintain and update HR system data in time, support HR system improvement and perfection
Conduct regular HR data analysis and reporting
To succeed in this HRBP Manager role, you must at least have a bachelor's degree with over seven years' experience in the HR field, with experience in a multinational company.
Key Requirements:
Talent management/HRBP Manager related experience in a tech/startup is preferred
Knowledge of basic work in each HR module, familiar with recruiting and HR daily operations, familiar with local HR policies and regulations
Pressure resistant and strong interpersonal skills
