Hr Supervisor (Japanese Speaker)

Job Description:- To provide expatriate service related to permit in line with government regulation- Hiring new employees needed by the company- Conduct job analysis for hiring publications & post them at some portal jobs- Conduct administration and scoring of some Psychology Test for recruitment purpose- Conduct Interview for recruitment purpose- Collaborate with GA Dept. to manage and providing employee's administration- Handling secretarial job for PD (meeting scheduling and etc.)Requirements:- Min. Bachelor Degree- Fluent Japanese language (N2 level / N3 level with good communication ability)- Experienced min. 2 years to handle secretarial job, visa/working permit arrangement- Experience in recruitment to staff level- Business level English (good in communication both written and speaking)- Interest & passionate in HR related field- Computer knowledge (Ms. Office, Outlook)- Experience in using SAP will be an advantage573694
