Hr Generalist

**Responsibilities**:- Do end to end recruitment process ( job posting, screening, psychological test, interview, and offering)- Support managers in recruitment process and ensures that recruitment process is followed- Perform various administrative tasks and support the recruitment team's daily activities.- Coordinate with hiring managers to confirm their needs and align it with business objectives- Managing employee attendance, benefit, and compliance- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices- Familiar HRIS system- Monitoring GA tasks (office, asset and building legality)**Requirements**:- Minimum bachelor's degree in human resources management/ psychology or equivalent- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws ( UU Tenaga Kerja )- Familiar with Talenta Program- Min 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter / Human Resource Department.- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously- Good problem solving, analytical skill, communication skill- Able to join ASAPAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- HR Staff: 2 years (required)
