DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Description : 1. Responsible for HR & GA Department both head office and stores

2. Recommend, control, and evaluate the implementation of common HR practices

3. To control and ensure administrative tasks are timely and accurate

3. Manage and conduct recruitment process

4. Lead, supervise and motivate subordinates

5. To support management by alligning the human resources strategies according business strategies

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Psychology or equivalent

2. Minimum 8 years working experience in the related field preferably retail industry

3. Knowledge and experience in all Human Resource activities eg.

4. Experience in rearrange organization structure, job grading, compensation and benefit program, rule and policy
