Hotel Name Job Description To proactively manage a strong online presence of the property based website on all major search engines To work with the proactive and reactive sales cells of the hotel to increase inquiries and manage peaks and troughs in the market via online marketing Ensure hotel images and descriptions are updated regularly and represent the brand accordingly Purging and cleansing of the data bases via direct marketing activity Manage all e-marketing databases Manage email marketing campaigns and direct promotional activity to customers online Study design briefs and develop creative to meet the hotels/promotions requirements. Design marketing materials, brochures, flyers, posters, email headers, trade show banners. Adapt core creative to suit multiple channels of communication. Coordinate any third party marketing services. Develop and maintain excellent working relationship with business associates, sponsors, and internal stakeholders. Maintain the quarterly calendar of promotions and ensure that all marketing related activities are executed in a proactive manner. Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Communications / Design
Proven graphic designing experience of 2-4 years in a hospitality brand.
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
