The Guest Experience Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of guest satisfaction, from pre-arrival to post-departure, and ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression of Alila Villas Uluwatu. Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a guest experience or hospitality management role, preferably in a luxury resort or upscale hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and guest-centric approach.
• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering personalized and memorable experiences to every guest.
• Knowledge of guest satisfaction measurement tools and techniques is an advantage.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications for guest feedback management and reporting.
