Responsibilities
• Communicate with and assist guests throughout their stay• Ensure highest level of guest satisfaction• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering teams• Promote in-house facilities and handle guest itineraries• Assist other departments and keep updated on resort activities• Train other departments when necessary• Maintain high score on guest satisfaction• Implement standards and conduct inspections• Cooperate with Purchasing department• Ensure hotel safety and security
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in Front Office• Butler knowledge is a must• Knowledge of local regulations related to Hotel Operation is a must• In-depth knowledge of hotel property management system• Good communication skills• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
