This, in turn, will pave the way for a more productive and sustainable workplace.**HSE Supervisor****Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Public Health or Environmental Engineering.- Minimum 3 years of work experience in HSE.- Ahli K3 Umum certificate holder.- Proficient in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3L, and PROPER- In-depth knowledge of health, safety and environment regulations and implementation.- Good understanding of waste management plan and HSE audit management.**Main Job Description**:- Develop and ensure the implementation of health, safety, and environmental management systems across business units.- Perform effective HSE risk assessment and develop preventive measures and/or mitigations.- HSE training management for employees.- Supervise the implementation of waste management plan.- Audit and review the implementation of HSE management system.- Ensure HSE implementation in accordance with law and regulation.
