As Assistant Manager - Outlet who will help drive our team to success. Assists in the daily supervision restaurant operations and assists with menu planning, maintains sanitation standards and assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction. Determines training needed to accomplish goals, then implements plan. Qualifications

Having at least 2 years experience in luxury hotel operations in the same position. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively managing staff and interacting with guest. Leadership abilities to motivate and guide team members. Organizational skills to oversee inventory management, scheduling, and other operational tasks. Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices. Able to handle and resolve guest complaints and issues effectively.
