Housekeeping Supervisor Delonix Hotel Karawang

We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Housekeeping Supervisor to work with our Rooms team at Delonix Hotel Karawang.**Responsibilities**:- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards.- Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms.- Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities.- Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.- Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk.- Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments.- Communicate issues to next shift.- Complete required paperwork.**Requirements**:- Graduated from bachelor of Accounting/ Hospitality degree.- Excellent command of spoken and written is necessary, both English and Bahasa Indonesia- Posses previous housekeeping experience as Supervisor- Have a good health condition- Indonesian citizen only
