As expansion continues, our client is seeking a Operation professional leader with at least 5 years' experience with a national company for the job of printing engineer specialist. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.**Key job responsibilities include**:- To establish production planning, control the production process.- To monitor the QC procedures to ensure compliance with agreed standards.- To provide technical assistance in the development of new banknotes and other documents.- To prepare stock forecasts in line with customer requirements (which are often unknown).- To determine what customer's requirements and maintain sufficient stock to meet these requirements.- To establish a good working relationship with the technical staff.- To manage employees with high motivation and discipline to contribute to their job effectively.- To liaise with HR Manager to implement necessary training programs for employee skills upgrading.**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field (graphic and chemical engineering)- Minimum 5 years combined experience in ink and printing industries.- Have strong experienced with a ink production and printing process- Skill on overall general management with a focus on production and operation- Possess leadership to head the team- Strong ability to coordinate and communicate with the team and across to other departments/ companies (matrix organization)- Capability to work independently (analyse, plan, action, control) with initiative and creativity to ensure operational excellence- English language, international business experience highly desirable- Experienced professional with an entrepreneurial character and a "hands-on approach."- Team player, positive attitude, hands-on and high flexibility
