Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow, minimize downtime, and maintain on-time delivery.- Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce strict quality control measures to guarantee that all finished products meet our high standards. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency.- Cost Budgeting and Management: Work closely with the finance team to develop production budgets and manage expenses effectively.
