Responsible for leading the product & developmentLead, manage & mentor a team of product managers, & related personnelProduct lifecycle management from concept to launch of the product(s) across all products/product linesAssess product development sprints & define opportunities for improvementsSupport teams in developing ways to evaluate impact on product development sprintsBe responsible for the alignment of product roadmaps of various teams & communicate with C-level staff, board members, & other stakeholdersMonitor & manage strategic marketing plans for each product or product linesDrive innovative ideas, solutions & products through leadership & decisive actionBuild incredible teams & processes to deliver products that satisfy the needs of CustomersA minimum of 5+ years leading product development in a fast-paced environment; or tech industry & logistic industry experience is a plusUnrivalled communication (verbal & writing) & organization skills with the ability to collaborate & influence across different teams in the organizationBachelor's degree in technical fields, including but not limited to Computer Science, Math, EngineeringAbility to think out of the box in a fast-paced work environment
