Our Family of Companies throughout the world compete in consumer, pharmaceutical and medical devices and diagnostics markets and have the skills and resources to tackle the world's most pressing health issues.Key Objective:- Develop brand, mission, and strategy, in line with J&J values- Set with the MDD BU Director clear direction for products strategies- Provide clear direction for tactical planning and respective implementation phases.- Optimize the potential future market value of new product /indications opportunities.- Identify new opportunities and strategies that would leverage competitive advantage.Main accountabilities:- Formulate appropriate strategy and Annual Brand/Product Plan according to local market environment and HQ guidance- Design and conduct market research- Forecast sales and marketing expenditures in collaboration with the Medical Devices BU Director- Propose KPI's, benchmark and analyze variations on a monthly basis- Provide marketing support to field force- Gather market intelligence to strengthen competitiveness- Consult with an advisory board to enhance marketing strategy- Monitor marketing plans development and implementation to ensure issues are resolved and new opportunities are exploited optimally- Challenge the teams and functional area management in other Departments to ensure that all business and strategic issues have been addressed- Ensure that planned costs and main business objectives are met.- Develop relationships with relevant HCPs**Qualifications**Qualifications:- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, an advanced degree in business or life science preferred, and an MBA is a plus- Have at least 1-2 years of experience as Product Manager in Healthcare Industry- Experience in specialty products notably in Medical Devices field is preferred- Budget management experience- Highly productive, action/result oriented and ability to work under pressure- Project leadership skills- Organization and planning skills- Strategic thinking, creative/out of the box thinking and solution oriented- Personal integrity and honesty- Excellent interpersonal, communication, relationship building/ team-player; humble, emotionally intelligent, self-aware and flexible in working with people from different cultures- Ability to work within highly matrix environments and cross functional and multicultural teams.- Energetic, self-motivated and pro-active attitude, sense of urgency- Flexibility to learn new things, fast learner and good listener- Flexibility when it comes to travelling**Primary Location**Indonesia-Jawa-Jakarta Raya- **Organization**P.T.
