?? Job Role Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives to support the company's goals. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including infrastructure, systems, and networks. Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed. Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT solutions meet business needs. Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers. Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT. ?? Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field from a top university. 6-10 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Strong leadership and management skills. In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks. Experience with cloud services, virtualization, and cybersecurity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Project management experience. Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are a plus.
