Building on Ninja Van's existing capabilities, we experiment with new ideas to develop innovative products and services that enhance our core business and help us serve our clients, partners and end-customers better.The Head of Country Product Management leads and plans the execution of our strategic project initiatives, ensuring stellar results from inception to delivery. This is a key role, working directly with senior management and stakeholders, both locally and regionally. Executing these new initiatives is extremely challenging.If you are a hardworking, highly motivated problem solver who just does not give up, then you might be up for the challenge, and we would like to hear from you.**Job Descriptions**:- Grow and manage the Country Product Management team, drive continuous improvement in the team's processes and tools- Work hand-in-hand with the C-suite and business heads to set the product strategy and roadmap- Identify insights and communicate product decisions to different levels of stakeholders by tailoring information at each level- Help define the product strategy and roadmap that enables company to capture opportunities at speed, while maintaining quality at scale- Verify, validate and consolidate country requirements to be prioritised with the regional product team with justification, data and insights to influence the product roadmap.- Engage and challenge stakeholders to surface problems and refine ideas. Complement that with data and research to guide product development.- Follow through on new features and initiatives to see that they are operationalized well- Ensuring the CPM team in general can collaborate with Regional Product Team to drive product development and releases, consolidating and assessing local product requirements and feedback, and developing workflows to improve product localization.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related technical field. (Master's beneficial)- At least 5 years of experience in consulting, ecommerce or logistics industry in the same position or lead a product management team overseeing multiple products, and owning the product management process- Experienced as a Product Manager / Project Manager / similar role is a must- Have strong leadership and time management is a must- Experienced in mobile apps development is preferable- Excellent critical thinking, stakeholder management and communication skills- Making sense of complex, high quantity information to effectively solve problems- Proficiency in identifying goals, metrics and analytics to measure product value- Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics- Proficiency in navigating data tools such as Metabase, Redash or Data Studio
