**Job Description Head of Channel and Category Development**:- Head of Category and Channel will be "think tank" in trade organization. He/she will be managing Category, Shopper insights & Sales analytics manager, Channel Development & Perfect Store Manager and Commercial Finance Manager (Trade Spend)- He/she will be responsible in conducting shopper & sales analytics to generate required and meaningful insights, customized and craft the channel strategy ensuring synergy with marketing & ethical initiatives, ensuring proper translation down to the customer level making sure that all activities in the ground in sync with the channel strategy.- Proactively asses and review the market dynamics and adjust accordingly to secure the delivery of our short and long-term business objectives- Ensure Excellent / flawless execution on all the strategy /activities in the channel and customer. Identify Execution gap and initiative corrective action to address execution gap.- Develop and ensure the quality, consistency and the delivery of Report, Scorecard required for the business.- Responsible in managing all aspects of trade spend as well as the assessment and analytics. He/she will be leading the Trade Promotion Management Project roll out in Indonesia next year which will ensure best in class practice in trade promotion management which is a big gap at this moment.
