About the Head of Business Operations Role:
Based in Jakarta, you would manage the overall business unit, working with other functions to ensure high quality execution of end-to-end operation including brand on-boarding, incubation and management, customer experience and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing business operations teams to achieve overall goals and objectives
Working with the business development team to identify and onboard relevant brands
Working with category team to show the best offer on the channel for customers
Supporting commercial category team on related campaigns
Monitoring brand campaign involvement during campaign, ensuring branded deals are captured and exposed during campaigns
Improving performance of new stores through incubation to increase the overall number of selling sellers and ensure store operational excellence and effective adoption of seller tools
Assisting in training, distribution and execution of platform tools with the commercial category team
Working closely with regional team on various initiatives
Working closely with logistics team to ensure operational excellence of brands
Working closely with the CBO, CCO and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the organisation
Leading and managing performance, engagement, and development of commercial team to drive the business results and corporate culture
The successful Head of Business Operations must have demonstrated superior problem-solving abilities in previous roles, and experience managing complex tasks and projects.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of five years of work experience in a fast-paced environment (i.e. tech start-ups, consulting, investment banking)
Proven track record of successful business operation management, able to translate high level business strategies into daily practical steps with an outward focus toward the customer/consumer to maximise business results
Excellent people management abilities, experience in managing a team of highly skilled individuals in achieving business results
Strong and objective analytical abilities, comfortable in generating and evaluating metrics, forecasts, and analyses
Strong professional presence and relationship management skills, experience in communicating to internal and external stakeholders across all levels
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and oral skills, strong organisational communication skills in English
