Head Hostess

**Key Responsibilities**:- Generate and processes merchandise data as necessary.- Support merchandising team including running reports, analyzing sales and stock figures.- Work closely with the Operation & Warehouse team to allocate & maintain the flow of stock to stores.- Collaborating with finance team to generate purchase order.- Invoice filling.**Requirements**:- Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field.- Minimum 1 year experience in administration, Sales Admin in retail industry would be a plus.- Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English- Proficient in Microsoft Office package and filing documents.**Technical competency required**:MS Office 2010 or aboveDepartmentBrand ManagementRoleCoachLocationsJakarta
