Job Description Make assumptions on demand forecast, review forecast accuracy and make adjustments to align with planningMaintain a healthy inventory level according to company's forecastsLead the discussion with commercial and supply chain function to align with suppliers and lead time.Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities. Prepare strategic and ad hoc analysisMonitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets and business strategies. The Successful Applicant Minimum Bachelor Degree from well-known universities. Master Degree is a plus.Minimum of 10 years supply chain experience preferably within retail industry or ecommerce handling fast-moving goodsHighly experienced in FMCG/Fast Moving category. Proficiency in Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point, V-Look-Up and PivotStrong understanding in demand planning and supply chain managementStrong in data analysisOutstanding relationship building skills with internal & external business partnersERP system experience strongly preferredPeople manager, with previous experience managing and developing a big teamHave the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to multi-task
