Therefore we need talent with great potential like you to join this growing organization, learning the right skills and also building great teams to reach our goals.**Responsibilities**- Memotivasi dan mendukung Mitra FUSE dalam melakukan transaksi penjualan produk asuransi melalui aplikasi- Membangun koneksi dengan calon mitra melalui berbagai cara, termasuk memantain partner dan merekrut partner.- Mengundang dan memfasilitasi mitra baru untuk melakukan transaksi penjualan melalui aplikasi.- Melaksanakan aktivitas penjualan harian dan memenuhi target penjualan.**Qualifications**- Memiliki pendidikan mínimal D3, S1, atau setara.- Memiliki pengalaman kerja mínimal 2-5 tahun sebagai Sales di industri Asuransi Umum (General Insurance) atau Life Insurance.- Terbiasa dengan target- Mampu berkomunikasi dan melakukan persuasi dengan baik- Tebiasa bekerja menggunakan gadget seperti smartphone**About FUSE**Fuse is a breakthrough company in the insurance industry.
