General Ledger Officer (162368)

SHANGRI-LA HOTEL, JAKARTA**MAIN RESPONSIBILITY**:To input into the general ledger from the various sources, to identify and reconcile the items effecting the balance sheet and to report on the financial results as required.Interface with Department Heads from time to time particularly with food and beverage, credit control, data processing and engineering. To communicate effectively with staff at all levels in achieving meaningful and timely information flow.To monitor and maintain control of revenue and expenditure cycles. To review and prepare final input into the general ledger from the various sources.To identify and reconcile the balance sheet items and to prepare financial reports as required.**REQUIREMENTS**:Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered.Fluent in English (oral and written).Bachelor degree in Accounting from a reputable college.Minimum one year of full working experience in similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand or accounting.Fresh graduates from a reputable Hotel Academy with outstanding internship or casual experiences are welcome to apply.Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to develop relationships at all levels.Flexible with working hours, willing to work shifts and public holidays.
