**Requirements**:1. Hold at least a bachelor's degree (S1) in any related field2. Has experience >3 years as General Affair or Office administration from any industries3. Communicative in English, both oral and written4. Proactive and driven to learn a person5. Understanding building management or building facility6. Willing to work in Wahid Hasyim, Central Jakarta or Pondok Cabe, South Tangerang**Responsibilities**:- Provide support on daily General Affairs activities, which include, but are not limited to office upkeep/maintenance.- Coordinate work arrangements with internal and external stakeholders.- General office support.- Confidentially handle sensitive information.- Documentation and sample processing duties.- Handle other ad-hoc duties that are assigned from time to time.- Other responsibilities as assigned by the management.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- S1 (required)**Experience**:- General Affairs (required)**Language**:- English (required)
