We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry.**Responsibilities**:- Maintain condition of warehouse, building, office, station and IC- Responsible for Technical works on Warehouse relocation project (restoration/set Up)- Maintain good communication with building management in condition- Monitor and control order, cleanliness and safety implementation- Maintain and manage all office facilities related asset categories that cannot be postponed in repairs such as: air conditioning, photocopying machines, CCTV, and peripheral security- Manage various permits, and public relations, operational, etc.- Provide analysis on all repairs with cost estimation based on damage and needs**Requirements**:- D3 or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management, or Economy Management- 1 year of experience in related fields- Have ability and and proven track record on facility and building management- Attention to detail, and strong in Excel & Spreedsheet
