Fulfillment Operation Control - Jakarta

Supervise daily operations within the fulfillment center, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.- Manage inventory control procedures to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent discrepancies.- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce lead times.- Enforce quality control standards to minimize errors and uphold product quality.- Monitor KPIs related to order accuracy, on-time delivery, and productivity metrics.- Provide training and coaching to fulfillment center staff on operational procedures and safety standards.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.- Proven experience in fulfillment operations, preferably in e-commerce or logistics.- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management principles.- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta & full WFOPay: Rp4,500,000 - Rp5,000,000 per monthApplication Question(s):- Current Salary?- Expected Salary?- can you join ASAP?**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Fulfillment Center / Logistic: 1 year (required)
