If you are looking for growth with great team, then you should join our team!Get to know the roleThe Day-to-Day Activities- Develop Fleet Quality Process improvement and make sure it well implemented- Responsible for collect the data, resume it to become monitoring dashboard and give initial indicator action needed- Support another department to maintain of customer satisfaction index- Responsible quality assurance among the vendor / suppliers (vehicle related)The Must-Haves- You have Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility- Experience with data analyst (strong knowledge on data processing and analyst with Excel and Google sheet)- Experienced with Process engineer and or Experienced in Quality Assurance- Have strong Follow up, to have solution for Customer feedback related to vehicle quality- Able to lead the team and take decision when neededThe Nice-to-Haves- Have certified related with ISO or process related- Basic automotive knowledge (Motorcycle)Our CommitmentWe recognize that with these individual attributes come different workplace challenges, and we will work with Grabbers to address them in our journey towards creating inclusion at Grab for all Grabbers.About GrabGrab is the leading superapp platform in Southeast Asia, providing everyday services that matter to consumers.
