While also creating an impact by supporting small sellers and micro-entrepreneurs across the nation**What Will You Do**:- Analyze financial data and develop financial models to support business decision-making- Prepare financial reports, including but not limited to budget and forecast, and presentations for stakeholders across the organization- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support strategic planning and forecasting- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and identify areas for process improvements- Develop and maintain financial forecasting models to support business planning- Identify and track key financial metrics and trends to support decision-making- Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed**What Are The Requirement**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related field- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL- Experience in ERP especially Oracle Net Suite- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting is preferred- Able to work independentlyO3epFSWXcu
