Financial Analyst

An exciting Financial Analyst job opportunity has just arisen at a multinational pharmaceutical company.
About the Financial Analyst Role:
As the Financial Analyst, you will assist in credit management and accounting. The role is required to assist in the quarterly and yearly budgeting process, and prepare monthly and quarterly reports including financial report analysis. You will also be required to carry out logistics and supply chain forecasting and reconciliation activities. Reporting directly to Financial Analyst, this position will be based in Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor credit management (AR): distributor Account Receivables and Control Unit by customer. Initiate actions by calling distributor regularly and by following up with Person-In-Charge for Control Unit

Consolidate actual financial performance of each of the entities for internal and external reporting

Lead preparation of budgeting and forecasting process

Analyse and provide commentary on financial performance results as well as at consolidated state

Control and monitor the company’s budget and actual performance

Be a business partner to the key stakeholders, operational teams in providing financial and commercial insights and analysis

To succeed in this Financial Analyst role, you will need a Big 4 experience and pharmaceutical experience.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent

Minimum of three years’ experience

Strong knowledge of reporting requirements, financial planning and strong technical skills

Strong analytical thinker, proactive and independent

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must

Strong problem analysis capabilities, especially within strict timescales and deadlines
