Finance & Accounting Senior Staff

PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is assisting a Leading Japanese Pharmaceutical Company, and they're hiring for Finance & Accounting Senior Staff position (Karawaci based).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.
- Minimum 1-2 years of Finance & Accounting experience.
- Proficient in Excel, SAP system, Windows applications.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Willing to do full WFO to Karawaci.
- Experience working in a Japanese company/good understanding of Japanese business culture would be a plus.
Key responsibility areas:
- Responsible for all financial transactions of the company.
- Ensure all transactions comply with regulated tax law/procedures.
- Coordinate with Accountant in ensuring the implementation of tax compliance.
- Support and involve in day-to-day business operation process and contribute to the improvement of the business process.
- Contribute to the development of accounting policies and procedures.
- Assist tax audit and respond to tax-related inquires.
