Job Description Deliver training materials for sales Team across levels based on relevant needs Cordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss the strenghs and weaknesses of the sales team as a way to collect information that can lead to insight for the sales Teams Development Monitor sales objecttives and key result to keep update with the current need of the sales team collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses Ensure consistent standards for all essential training initiatives to have an impact on employee experience Support business team in identifying support required and coaching of individuals or teams Analyze day-to-day needs for training in the sales team Develop material required for training outline and handouts Conduct training for new and current sales associates Develop new approaches and techniques for making improvements in training Program Collect feedback from trainers and trainees and identify the issues they had during the process Generate result and measure the performance of the trainees after the session Additional Information Hybrid working options during the COVID-19 pandemic (i.e. working from home and within the main Jakarta office).
