**Field Production Executive Corn****JOB PURPOSE**- Responsible for a commercial field Production for Corn - Indonesia, to ensure quality seed to meet the deliverables in his/her target Hectare (300-500 Ha)**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Responsible for RC corn commercial seed production in the assigned area- Ensures all operations are compliant to internal Bayer requirements and local regulations- Participates and Implements the community and sustainability engagements- Manages his/her assigned Growers & external stakeholder (Big Growers and Tolling plant) relations to ensure timely and effective communication and alignment on production targets and deliverables- Ensures safe and timely delivery of crop to enable business needs while meeting field production metrics for his target Ha- Plans and executes field processes, reduce field production obsolescence- Guide and monitor the Contractual Resource under him/her- Driving Quality systems & Quality excellence initiatives for Corn production by coordinating with internal & external stakeholders- Maintain LSSM ( Lembaga Sertifikasi Sistem Manjemen Mutu) records by coordinating with Quality Management System Certificate Institute,- Implementation of digital tools like Velocity, FTS, Digital Signature etc.,- Scoping Mechanization In commercial production field activities to met Bayer regional goals of 50% Mechanization- Leading Improvement solutions for optimization of COGS, WUE & GHG emissions- Focus on his self development ,work cohesive as a team, with high standards of engagement**WHO YOU ARE**- University degree (Bachelor in Agriculture /equivalent )- Fresher /1-5 years experience in Seed Production- Cross-functional collaboration & communication- Drives Results & instills trust.- Analytical and Planning Skills- External Stakeholder Relations- Digital tools usage**Application Period**:- 28 February 2024 - 12 March 2024**Reference Code**:- 812921**Division**:- Crop Science**Location**:- East Java & Central Java**Functional Area**:- Production&Manufacturing**Position Grade**:- R10**Employment Type**:- Permanent**Work Time**:- Flexi Hours - 8 working hours**Contact Us****Address****Telephone****E-Mail**- PT Bayer Indonesia- Menara Astra, 33rd floor- Jl.
