Your 'day to day' As your day-to-day work as Manager Laboratory Governance - CC, you will guide and support the conventional testing laboratories on deploying and executing the global laboratory testing strategies defined and driven by Central Function as per evolving PMI business needs, product and method technology innovation, commercial and manufacturing strategies, and regulatory outlook, ensuring timely delivery of the analytical testing results with the expected quality standards. More specifically, you will, Be Responsible of ensuring standardization and continous testing improvements within Worldwide PMI conventional testing laboratories through rigourous methods/technologies transfer and implementation supported by change management control processes. Lead the development of sustainable processes and strategies to ensure consistency of testing results and practices among the conventional testing laboratories and support on the implementation of necessary actions when deviations occur in full compliance to the testing QMS. Act as intergrator, facilitating the collaboration within the laboratory network and with other funtions, internal or external to Laboratory Governance to plan and execute activities as per business calendar and taking into account regulatory constraints and business evolution. Drive the definition, planning and implementation of a sustainable and cost-efficient Global Laboratory Footprint strategy accordding to the manufacturing strategy evolution, testing standard dynamic, evolving regulatory and international standard (e.g., ISO, CORESTA) requirements ensuring laboratory compliance and timely delivery of the testing results. Monitor the CC Laboratory Footprint (Capacity/Capability) dynamic, conduct analyses (e.g., lab capability mapping and gap analysis, lab capacity utilization, lab facility) to support the strategy definition, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize the CC laboratory network and enable the Smoke-Free Products commercial ramp-up. Who we're looking for - Bachelor or Master degree in Sciences, Chemistry or Engineering - Fluent in English - At least 5-10 years of experience in laboratory activities, preferably within PMI laboratories and management experience. - At least 4-5 years of experience in laboratory accredited environment (ISO 17025) - Good knowledge on PMI conventional portfolio, product performance and manufacturing.
