Field Hse Manager

A leading Engineering firm are seeking an experienced Field Health and Safety Engineer Manager to join their team in Indonesia. This is a rotational contract which will allow you to work both on site and in the office. You will need to have previous experience managing a team, reporting to senior stakeholders and must have previous experience working as a Field Health and Safety Engineer. You will be working on an LNG project which is now at the end of the pre-commissioning phase. This is a project specific role where you will work on the entire duration of the project until completion. Previous experience working on an LNG project is preferable for this role, but transferable will also be accepted should you have not worked on an LNG project before.

Daily responsibilities will include:
? Develop and ensure the implementation of the HSE Management System in compliance with the international standards

? Ensure that all sites activities carried out by the client are conducted in strict a accordance with the client's HSE Standards

? Ensure the implementation and compliance with the HSE plans and procedures

? Act as HSE focal point for the work developed at site / field level

? Develop an emergency response plan for any i identified potential event

? Establish an HSE monitoring and audit program

? Promote environmental and safety awareness among the workforce and hold regular site meetings with supervisors, workers, sub contractors

? Provide HSE support and advice to the project/site management

? Staff and manage the Field HSE team

? Ensure compliance with noise regulations requirements

? Ensure and monitor protection of air quality within the project activities

? Develop Occupational Safety Risk Assessment

? Ensure Project HSE training and Induction programs implementation at site level
? Promote periodical site HSE Review

Essential Skills Required:
Must have previous experience within a similar role
Should have a minimum of 5 years' experience
Must come from an Oil and Gas background
Should have worked on an LNG project. However, transferable skills are also beneficial
