We have a very strong technical team from which you will be able to learn, but are encouraged by new ideas and fresh thinking that you will bring with you.**In this role you will**As a FP&A Business Partner - APAC WebBeds, you will play a crucial role in supporting commercial teams through a regional presence providing financial analysis and insight for decision making. The role enables alignment between the business and WebBeds overall finance strategy.**Key responsibilities**- Ensure Business Partner activities are compliant with Group policies, accounting guidelines, and internal controls.- Prepare and analyse monthly rolling forecast, global annual budget, and variances results.- Coordinate and prepare regional strategic plan in line with the global strategy.- Perform regional market analysis while keeping a global vision.- Provide accurate profitability analysis reporting, KPIs, and key drivers of their business.- Make recommendations on how to optimize business opportunities and minimise risk/cost to the business.- Execute customer credit policy and support the credit control lead.- Define client collection strategy ad contact with the clients to arrange the appropriate actions.- Ensure fluid coordination and communication with Acting Presidents and Credit control, as well as other business areas.- Ensure facility management is performed by the team according to company standards.**The skills we would love to see in your suitcase!**- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or an equivalent field.- Qualified accountant or equivalent.- Strong analytical skills to analyze financial data and trends, and the ability to create financial models and forecasts.- Proficiency in data management and reporting tools, presenting financial information in a clear and concise manner.- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements specific to APAC countries.- Effective and strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and auditors.- Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of long-term business plans.- A collaborative team player with meticulous attention to detail.- Proactive attitude, positive work ethic, and a strong sense of accountability.- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work autonomously within tight deadlines.- Willingness to travel to support various regional locations
