Identify and report any non-conformance or safety concerns.Quality Control Plans: Develop and implement quality control plans specific to the electrical scope of the project, outlining inspection and testing procedures, acceptance criteria, and quality checkpoints.- Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with electrical engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues, provide technical guidance, and facilitate solutions to problems as they arise.- Material Inspection: Inspect electrical materials, cables, wiring, instrumentation, control systems, and related components for quality and compliance before installation.- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all electrical work adheres to safety protocols, electrical codes, and industry best practices. Promote a safe work environment and report any safety violations.- Auditing and Reporting: Conduct regular audits of subcontractors, vendors, and electrical installations to assess quality and compliance. Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to project management.- Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of electrical engineering and construction processes.- Training and Education: Stay updated on industry developments, electrical codes, and emerging technologies.
