The pride in our brand fuels a workplace that encourages creative thinking, champions experimentation, and promotes authenticity which has contributed to our enduring success.****If you want to work for a company that lives by their values, then give your career a reason to smile...every single day.****Location: Indonesia**:**What you will do**:- ** Be the on-the-ground contact person for Colgate for coordinating with various government and regulatory authorities including on matters related to Product notification & registration and Post Market Surveillance**- ** Work with appointed external Regulatory consultants to provide support for product registration/certifications**- ** Participate in regular trainings in accordance to the Cosmetics and Medical Device Wholesalers business standards and relevant regulations**- ** Assist SAH Regulatory Affairs Team in maintaining Product Information File (PIF), technical information as well as other Regulatory documents in accordance with the provisions of the relevant regulations, in soft copy and at CPI office**- ** Keep abreast of Medical Device Regulations & Requirements which includes requirements on Good Distribution Practice (CDAKB), Cosmetic product requirements and Halal requirements for Indonesia**- ** Submit adverse event (MESKOS) and distribution record every 6 months to health authorities as required**- ** Assist the Quality and Logistics functions in the implementation of the approved quality management system in accordance with the business standards of Cosmetic and Medical Wholesalers**- ** Verify correctness and completeness of documents related to distribution, and destruction/disposal, as required**- ** Assist on product recall activities and communicate with authority on the recall status as and when required**- ** Monitor and follow-up to ensure that customer complaints are addressed and closed by the responsible department**- ** Assist in the qualification and approval of suppliers and customers and drafting agreement**- ** Provide inputs as appropriate in decisions to quarantine or destroy returned, damaged, recalled or suspected counterfeit Cosmetics**- ** Review product label artwork and advertising materials including Bahasa translations for all products intended for CP Indonesia**- ** Perform other duties as assigned****Required Qualifications**:- ** DIII (Associate's Degree) or S1 (Bachelor's Degree) in Pharmacy or Pharmacist**- ** A valid certificate of any of either Pharmacist Registration Certificate/ Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker (STRA, Pharmaceutical Technical Personnel Registration Certificate /Surat Tanda Registrasi or Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian (STRTTK)**- ** Having a Good Distribution Practice for Medical Device (GDPMD) training certificate or Halal Supervisor certificate will be an added advantage**- ** Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written in English**- ** Able to work collaboratively with regulatory partners and other stakeholders**- ** Effectively update immediate manager with regulatory developments**- ** Monitor project progress, modify plans & initiate corrective actions based on team feedback and changes****Our Commitment to Sustainability**With the Colgate brand in more homes than any other, we are presented with great opportunities and new challenges as we work to integrate sustainability into all aspects of our business and crea
