Operations Executive (Wfh)

We are a fast growing Singapore Skincare brand and we are looking for a meticulous and independent Operations ExecutiveOur requirement- Working experience in the beauty industry is a plus but not critical- Fresh graduate may apply- Need to be good with Microsoft office tools and works well with data- Fluent in both English and Bahasa- Able to work independently and is meticulous- Have your own working laptopWork description1) Connect/coordinate with our suppliers, vendors and internal team:- Packaging/Product/Gifts sourcing and testing- Assist in communication for production process- Coordinate on the shipment planning for new and existing products- Coordinate on content creation for new products2) Operations Duties- Billing coordination with relevant vendors- Inventory management and monitoring- Last mile orders coordination- Product testing coordination- Help to manage our external marketplace agencies and provide reports- Other ad hoc tasks**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh Graduate, Permanent**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
