Analyze and provide decision non-hospitalization claims.3. Provide letter regarding claim decision.4. Provide summary for reassurance referral.5. Coordinate with other team to communicate with customer and resolve customer complaints.6. Involve in system testing.7. Ad-hoc project regarding non-hospitalization claim.8. Attend as witness in police station for claim related cases.
