Business Development Executive (Social Research)

Given the prevalence of Indonesian consumers being highly engaged with their mobile phones, Populix facilitates various data collection methods through its mobile app.**What You Will Do**:- Generate leads and conduct cold-calling for prospective clients.- Collaborate with colleagues to devise effective sales and marketing strategies.- Research organizations and individuals for new opportunities and appropriate contacts.- Follow up on leads, arrange meetings, and make sales presentations.- Develop quotes, proposals, and contracts adhering to legal guidelines.- Maintain records of sales, revenue, and invoices.- Foster long-term relationships with clients, providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.- Communicate new product developments to prospective clients.**What You Will Need**:- Proven experience in Business Development, cold calling, and strategic decision-making.- Proficiency in English, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset.- Project management and organizational skills.- More than 2 years of experience in Business Development.- Minimum Bachelor's degree is required, and experience in the market research industry is a plus.**Specific Criteria We're Looking For**:- Experience and network with government, State-owned enterprises, NGOs, and international organizations.- Participation in government tenders and e-Proc registration is highly valued.RDDMHpfV0H
