The Field Sales Manager is an intermediate position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to deliver a full range of sales and customer support activities in coordination with the Consumer Sales team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of support services to Citi clients and to assist team in meeting sales targets.**Responsibilities**:- Perform managerial duties including, performing evaluations, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, terminations as well as providing direction of daily tasks and responsibilities to team members- Identify techniques to improve sales productivity to ensure business targets are met and conduct team trainings- Maintain compliance and legal standards set forth by business- Communicate risk concepts to sales team to maintain satisfied service quality- Identify new market opportunities and influence decisions through advice and counsel- Ensure all sales activities are conducted within the approved compliance and regulatory framework**Qualifications**:- 5-8 years of relevant experience in direct sales and management required- Comprehensive knowledge of risk management- Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication- Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills**Education**:- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
