DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Selling Sinarmas MSIG Life Group Health Insurance product to new corporate account
Training and coaching new member/new sales
Along together with recruitment team to recruit new sales person
Monitoring sales activity in his/her team
Conduct weekly & monthly performance review

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
At least 5 years of working experience in corporate sales (insurance)
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.
