Job RequirementsPosition SummaryIdentify potential issues within variety of compliance areas in relation to any applicable regulations. Lead to handle the fraud misconduct handling and responsible of the implementation of Fraud Program, monitoring and reporting the results, including liaise with the relevant department for successful submission of mandatory reports to OJK. Focus also to the implementation of Treating Customer Fairly Program and overall Compliance Monitoring & Testing.Also responsible in developing and executing Compliance Awareness Communication and Training (ACT).**Job Description**:Implementation of Fraud Management Program and Treat Customer Fairly (as approved by Compliance Director and International Compliance Officer);Prepare, review and maintain Sales Compliance DashboardPrepare Sales Compliance check-list and conduct Compliance testing and monitoringPrepare and conduct Compliance Training to all employees and sales forces as per Compliance Annual Plan;Prepare and conduct campaign to create or raise awareness on compliance to all employees and sales forces as per Compliance Annual Plan;Fraud investigations, including findings and recommendations, and proper escalation to the respective direct report locally and globally;**Qualifications**:Min. Bachelor Degree in LawMin. 3 -5 years of experience in the same fieldStrong analytical skills.Understand how internal controls works and able to asses weakness in internal controlHaving a capacity to express conclusion in clear and precise languageDemonstrates a high degree of personal and professional integrityHaving certifications in LOMA or Internal Audit is preferred
