It's for everyone in our team to be reminded everyday that our customers are hungry and angry, so the food better be damn good and reach fast.**Job Description**:- Leading weekly reconciliation in Warehouse Kedoya & Cikarang- Leading monthly stock opname to reconcile in Warehouse Kedoya & Cikarang- Checking and confirming all storage invoices from the vendor- Close all pending ESB documents related to daily transactions- Monitoring daily outstanding documents in ERP- Managing and monitoring all warehouse admin and helper daily task- Submit monthly PR to Procurement and follow up delivery- Creating a weekly schedule for all warehouse officers and helper- Maintaining schedule for helpers in Talenta (schedule, overtime, etc)**Qualifications**:- Male/female, 25-35 y.o- SMK / D3 / S1 majoring in management or logistics management- Have experience min. 3 years in Warehouse/Logistics at least at a supervisor level, F&B background is prioritized- Able to operate Excel with basic formulas and tools (there will be an Excel test)- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills- Able to lead a big team, consisting of more than 15 persons- Able to work under pressure- Diligent, reliable, and highly responsibleAdditional Information**What's it like working at Hangry?**At Hangry!, we are energetic, fast paced, passionate, progressive and collaborative.**Benefits and perks of working with us include**:**Compensation**: Bonuses, Competitive salaries**Lifestyle**: Casual dress code, Flexible hours**Progression**: Professional development**Welfare**: Health insurance
