**Responsibilities**:1. Create digital marketing campaign strategies, planning, reporting, executing, monitoring, and optimizing in multiple organic & paid social media ads (e.g Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google display/search).2. Actively contribute recommendations, ideas and suggestions to improve analytical, reporting, action plans designed to address Digital Marketing Campaign problems & opportunities.3. Evaluate important KPIs metrics that affect our social media traffic, reach, impressions, engagement, and target audiences.4. Oversee and manage all events, giveaways, and other digital projects.5. Work with Digital Marketing & Sales/E-commerce team to brainstorming digital activation, innovative growth strategies, and marketing results for the company.**Qualifications**:1. Earning a certificate in full-stack Digital Marketing Bootcamp is preferred.2. Fresh graduate or last semester student with a Bachelor's/Vocational Degree in any major.3. Able to handle Paid Digital Marketing tools such as Facebook Ads Manager/Meta Ads, Google Ads/Analytics (WordPress platform & Mailchimp is a plus).4. Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, meet deadlines and provide high quality work.5. Good written and oral communications. Able to communicate with the different levels of an organization.6. Strong time and project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns at a time and still able to pay attention to details.7. Highly collaborative, self-motivated, team player, who loves working in a fast-paced environment.8.
