Innovation is in our blood and we're looking for the brightest minds to develop world-class software that will touch the lives of many customers of our clients.**Job Description**:- Work closely with sales, finance, and support teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.- Work with support team to oversee group chats and ensure that no questions or complaints are overlooked- Work alongside the finance team to ensure timely communication with clients regarding outstanding Invoice and deadlines- Conduct regular health checks, by acting as a liaison between customers and the company, gathering valuable feedback through health check form.- Monitoring active users to drive growth.**Qualifications**:- Looking for final year students or fresh graduates in a relevant field.- Good communication skills are must!- Understand basic technical terms and tech-savvy- Time management skills and the ability to set priorities- Need someone who is diligent with high attention to detail.
